Apple adds beta OpenAI-developed AI assistant to Logic Pro

Apple announced on October 27, 2026 that Logic Pro now includes a beta assistant, developed with OpenAI. It can edit existing projects, start new songs and generate vocal tracks from text prompts. The feature requires an Apple Intelligence-supported Mac running macOS 27 Golden Gate or later. The same chatbot is also available in Keynote, Pages and Numbers.
