Xbox Plans to Cut 3,200 Roles Over Next Year

Xbox chief Asha Sharma plans to reduce headcount by 3,200 over the next year, Fortune reported Oct. 20, 2026. Sharma took charge of Microsoft's gaming unit in February and is overhauling the division.
