Deezer says over half its daily uploads are AI-generated

Deezer says more than 50% of tracks uploaded daily are fully AI-generated, about 90,000 tracks per day totaling over 42 million, up from around 18% last year. The company plans an app toggle by year-end letting listeners exclude fully AI-generated tracks, albums and artists from recommendations, search and playback.
