Teaching Council should have struck off Fisher in 2015, report finds

Katherine Anderson KC's 127-page report into the Teaching Council found it should have struck teacher Timothy Fisher off in 2015, after he disclosed 2002 indecency convictions hidden by clean slate law. Fisher was later jailed for four years and five months for child sex offences.
