Burnham promises post-summit dialogue on UK's long-term EU future

Andy Burnham promised a “serious dialogue” on the UK’s long-term EU relationship after the 20 November reset summit in Brussels. He said the public “will be the boss” in any future decision, while insisting he respected the referendum result. Immediate summit aims are deals on food, youth mobility and emissions trading.
