Renault and Stellantis say UK must limit Chinese cars to join EU auto system

Stellantis executive Emanuele Cappellano and Renault CEO François Provost urged Britain to limit Chinese car imports to join Europe's Made in Europe EV incentives system. Speaking at the Paris motor show, Provost said the UK would have to stop allowing Chinese cars in without limits. Inclusion would require EU agreement and UK alignment on import rules.
