Burnham says November EU summit will offer deals worth £10bn a year by 2040

Prime Minister Andy Burnham told MPs in the Commons the 20 November EU summit will have deals on the table on food and drink, energy trading and immigration coordination. He said deeper cooperation would drive growth and said the agreements could add £10bn a year to the economy by 2040.
