Burnham says Iran's Revolutionary Guard almost certainly behind RAF Fairford plot

Prime Minister Andy Burnham told MPs on 12 October the suspected plot targeting RAF Fairford was almost certainly directed by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard. He said Tehran could face further sanctions. Iran has denied involvement. Police declared a major incident near the base on 27 September, with dozens of homes evacuated.
