Greens urge minister and eSafety to block US execution livestream

Greens communications spokesperson Sarah Hanson-Young has written to Communications Minister Anika Wells and the eSafety commission urging them to block the 3 December US firing-squad execution of Nidal Malik Hasan in Australia. She wants YouTube, Meta, TikTok and streaming services warned not to carry it, with regulatory action if they do. Enforcement is another matter.
