My FanCam runs on-device but requires Samsung login

Samsung's My FanCam in One UI 9 reframes Gallery video into an AI-tracked tight shot entirely on-device, working in airplane mode without cloud upload in Engadget testing. The local feature still requires a Samsung account login to use.
