ICE Agent Shoots Man in Car With 5-Year-Old in NYC

An ICE agent shot a man in a car with a 5-year-old in the backseat in Marble Hill, New York City, on Oct. 8, Mayor Zohran Mamdani said. Mamdani said agents surrounded the car before firing multiple rounds. He said the child was believed physically unharmed. NYPD said the man was conscious in hospital. DHS says the case is under investigation.
