Federal Agents Shoot Person in Bronx's Marble Hill

Federal agents shot an individual around 4pm on October 8 in Marble Hill, the Bronx, the NYPD said. The person was conscious and taken to a hospital. The NYPD said it was not present or involved and has not named the federal agency. Gov. Kathy Hochul said she was briefed. Identifying the agency will clarify who investigates next.
