Iran Says It Received U.S. Response to Proposal to End War

Iranian officials said they have received a formal U.S. response to Tehran's latest proposal to end the seven-month war with the United States and Israel. The war began Feb. 28 with strikes that killed Iranian leaders. Tehran links talks to lifting the U.S. naval blockade as it seeks reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.
