Nearly 200 monitored as Irkutsk hospitals quarantined for three weeks

At least 197 people were placed under observation after anti-plague institute worker Darya Shipilova died 2 October in Shelekhov. Several Irkutsk hospitals were reportedly quarantined for three weeks, barring visitors and exits at two major hospitals. I expect the length of those restrictions to reveal the real level of concern while the diagnosis is disputed.
