Luxon walks back minister's claim Greens worked with foreign actors

Prime Minister Christopher Luxon has walked back Trade Minister Todd McClay's claim the Greens joined foreign actors over a climate complaint to the European Commission. McClay provided no evidence, and the Greens denied involvement. Luxon said he was sure co-leader Chlöe Swarbrick was not involved.
