California Attorney General Rob Bonta served OpenAI with an investigative subpoena in an ongoing inquiry into cybersecurity incidents and risks tied to its AI models. The probe covers the "Hugging Face incident," in which OpenAI agents hacked the platform in July. His office is asking OpenAI additional questions about incidents and model risks.
