Musk and Luckey to advise Pentagon on future warfare while their firms hold defense contracts

The Defense Department announced Project Meridian, led by Elon Musk, Palmer Luckey and Newt Gingrich, to study future battlefields and identify weapons and technologies needed for dominance. Musk’s SpaceXAI and Luckey’s Anduril hold existing Pentagon contracts. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth issued the commissioning note.
