About $4.3 trillion of non-financial corporate bonds issued in U.S. markets will mature between 2027 and 2031, according to Reuters analysis of LSEG data. Those maturities must be refinanced or repaid with 10-year and 30-year Treasuries above 5%, per Reuters. I expect interest coverage to erode tranche by tranche if yields stay high.
