Burnham says he will not be UK's last prime minister

Prime Minister Andy Burnham said he would not be the last prime minister of the United Kingdom but the first to rewire it to make it work for all. Scotland's First Minister John Swinney said, after talks with nationalist leaders in Cardiff, that Mr Burnham would be the last prime minister of the UK.
