Apple Patches Possibly Exploited Graphics Flaw in iOS 26, macOS 26

Apple released iOS 26.7.1, iPadOS 26.7.1, macOS Tahoe 26.7.1 and macOS Sequoia 15.8.1 on Sept 28 to fix CVE-2026-86950, a flaw in the graphics engine behind iPhone, iPad and Mac visuals. Apple says it may have been exploited in extremely sophisticated targeted attacks on pre-iOS 27 systems. Meta's product security team reported the bug.
