SK Hynix to raise $29 billion via Nasdaq ADR listing in July
South Korea's SK Hynix will list American Depositary Receipts on Nasdaq by July 2026, targeting up to $29 billion in proceeds—among the largest ADR offerings ever. The chipmaker already trades on the Korea Stock Exchange and Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Final pricing depends on bookbuilding. The move unlocks access for US institutional investors, particularly ETFs and pension funds restricted to domestic-listed securities, while strengthening index-fund eligibility.
