Goldman: Extended Diesel Export Ban Would Add $0.30 Per Gallon to Gasoline Weekly

Goldman Sachs estimates each extra week of a U.S. diesel export ban, once storage fills, would lift average retail gasoline prices by about $0.30 a gallon. Refiners would cut runs because they cannot store excess diesel, shrinking gasoline supply, according to Sept. 28 reporting.
