One Nation tells Victorian candidates to pay $5,500 to run

One Nation has told preselected candidates for November's Victorian state election they must contribute $5,500 of their own money to run. The party says 1,209 people expressed interest, with about 220 reaching the final stage. I've seen parties call this commitment; you'd be entitled to ask what candidates get for it.
