Tesla starts volume Semi deliveries from Sparks factory

Tesla has begun customer deliveries of volume-production Semi trucks from its new Semi factory in Sparks, Nevada, adjacent to Gigafactory Nevada. Unveiled as a concept in 2017 and delayed from a planned 2019 start, the program entered volume production in April 2026, following hand-built pilot deliveries to PepsiCo in 2022.
