Wael Naouar hospitalized on day 39 of hunger strike in Tunisia

Wael Naouar, Global Sumud Flotilla organizer, was hospitalized in Tunisia Sept. 23 on day 39 of a hunger strike protesting his detention. Rights chief Bassem Trifi describes him as in very critical condition; the flotilla says semi-comatose; his lawyer says he lost over 20kg. He and three others face unproven fund-misuse charges since March.
