West Yorkshire Police warns students targeted as parcel mules for drugs and weapons

West Yorkshire Police has warned organised criminals in West Yorkshire are recruiting students and vulnerable adults as parcel mules to move illegal drugs, prohibited weapons, stolen goods and criminal cash. The force described parcel-mule recruitment as a new trend.
