NHTSA investigates Comma.ai after five crashes, three deaths

NHTSA's Office of Defects Investigation is investigating Comma.ai's aftermarket hands-off driver assistance system after five reported crashes. Two crashes killed three people, and four crashes injured as many as 11 people, some seriously, according to the agency.
