Alan Jones trial narrows as prosecutors withdraw 2012 groping allegation

Prosecutors withdrew the claim that former broadcaster Alan Jones touched and squeezed complainant F's bottom at a September 2012 public function. The count was dismissed in Sydney's Downing Centre Local Court on 21 September 2026. Jones, 85, denies all remaining 21 indecent assault and sexual touching charges involving five alleged victims.
