18 suspects in assassination of Haiti's President Moise flown to Florida for trial

Eighteen suspects accused in connection with the 2021 assassination of Haitian President Jovenel Moise were transported by military plane from Haiti to face trial in the US Southern District of Florida, prosecutor Jason Reding Quinones said. Moise, 53, was shot dead 7 July 2021 at his residence. Thirty suspects have been indicted to date.
