Bastion Gets Preliminary OCC Approval for National Trust Bank

Bastion announced on September 18, 2026, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency granted preliminary conditional approval for a national trust bank charter. Bastion said the charter adds federal OCC supervision to state licenses it already holds. Approval remains conditional and does not yet authorize trust operations.
