FCC Clears 49.5% Gulf Stake in Merged Paramount-Warner Bros.

The FCC has authorized wealth funds from Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Abu Dhabi to hold a combined 49.5% stake in Paramount-Warner Bros. if the merger closes, well above the normal 25% foreign-ownership limit for broadcasters.
