Healey considers UK bid to join defence bank Reeves rejected

Chancellor John Healey is considering a UK bid to join the Defence, Security and Resilience Bank, the BBC reported. His predecessor Rachel Reeves had rejected the idea. The Canada-led bank aims to let governments borrow more cheaply to raise military spending. No decision has been announced.
