Carney-Macron meeting to reaffirm "sovereignty of nations," Elysee says

Prime Minister Mark Carney will meet French President Emmanuel Macron in Saint-Pierre and Miquelon on Sept. 20. The Elysee Palace says the meeting will reaffirm the "sovereignty of nations." It follows a Sept. 7 social-media post by United States President Donald Trump displaying a map of North America emblazoned with an American flag including other countries' territory.
