Waymo restarts San Antonio robotaxis five months after flood pause

Waymo has restarted robotaxi service in San Antonio five months after April 20 flash flooding swept an unoccupied vehicle into Salado Creek. The resumed operation covers 60 miles including downtown and San Antonio International Airport with dozens of vehicles, initially for some riders. Waymo now offers paid rides in 15 U.S. cities.
