Australia Considers Ban on Smart Glasses in Federal Offices

Australia's Albanese government is considering prohibiting smart glasses across Commonwealth offices, Centrelink service centres and CSIRO laboratories. Public Service Minister Katy Gallagher has asked the public service for advice, citing privacy and security risks from recording. No national government has imposed such an agency-wide ban.
