UK departments spent at least £2.4m on influencers since July 2024

Ministers said in answers to Conservative parliamentary questions that UK departments have spent at least £2.4m on social media influencers since July 2024. The BBC said the figures were first reported by the Politics At Sam And Anne's podcast.
