Salesforce to Offer Koa as Agentforce Alternative to Claude, ChatGPT

Salesforce announced its Koa model will be offered inside Agentforce as an alternative for long-running, multi-step reasoning prompts. The gateway previously routed such work to frontier models like Claude or ChatGPT. Agentforce lets customers build agents for service, scheduling and similar tasks. Salesforce presents Koa as an open-weight, token-efficient option for that workload.
