Lords amendment could test legality of £72m Reform UK donations

Ministers are seeking a Lords amendment to the Representation of the People Bill that could test the legality of two donations totalling £72m to Reform UK from Ben Delo and Christopher Harborne, both recently living abroad. Mr Farage said the donations complied with the law. MPs have backed the Bill, now under scrutiny in the Lords.
