Chinese state-backed investors attend Carney's Toronto investment summit

Several Chinese state-backed investors are taking part in Prime Minister Mark Carney's first Canada Investment Summit in Toronto on Sept. 14-15. Attendees include China International Capital Corp., China Investment Corp., China's sovereign wealth fund, and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. Ottawa says all proposals remain subject to review under the Investment Canada Act.
