Carney convenes first Canada Investment Summit in Toronto

Prime Minister Mark Carney convened the first Canada Investment Summit in Toronto on September 14-15, 2026. Hundreds of investors overseeing nearly $120 trillion in assets were expected. Organizers compiled a prospectus of more than 160 projects open for investment. Ottawa calls it a forum for long-horizon capital.
