Ukraine Strikes Russian Black Sea Oil Terminal, Damaging Loading Racks and Storage

Ukrainian drones hit the Tamanneftegaz terminal near Taman on June 13, destroying five fuel storage tanks and two oil loading racks used to transfer petroleum into tanker vessels. The terminal is a key Black Sea export node for Russian crude and refined products. Disabling loading infrastructure constrains throughput—product can be rerouted to storage elsewhere, but damaged loading racks directly interrupt shipments in ways harder to work around quickly.
