Developers of the £430m Greenlink interconnector, a 125-mile subsea cable linking the U.K. and Irish grids completed in April, voluntarily rerouted the path near Freshwater West, Wales, after hundreds of Harry Potter fans objected to cables passing beneath an informal memorial to the character Dobby.
