Fulham agree £30m deal for Southampton midfielder Shea Charles

Fulham have agreed a £30m deal — £26m up front, £4m in add-ons — for Southampton's Shea Charles. The 22-year-old Northern Ireland international is expected to complete a medical and sign a five-year contract. Charles arrives after Sasa Lukic was sold to Ipswich, filling a midfield gap under new manager Álvaro Arbeloa.
