Third-party app brings PlayStation cloud streaming to Steam Deck, no PS5 required

A third-party Linux app called Asobi: Remote Play has opened a public playtest letting PS Plus Premium subscribers stream PS5 titles — including Astro Bot and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth — to Valve's Steam Deck and other SteamOS or Linux devices without owning a PS5. Developer Ichenzo announced the test on the app's subreddit. Asobi is not affiliated with Sony, Valve, or Steam.
