Baywatch Star Recognizes Teen Lifeguard Who Rescued Boy at Santa Cruz Beach

Stephen Amell, star of the upcoming Baywatch reboot, presented a red lifeguard jacket to 16-year-old Ryder Williams in a video posted August 8. Williams went viral after bystander footage captured him pulling 10-year-old Nathaniel Rai from powerful swells at Seabright Beach, Santa Cruz, on July 25. The 12-episode Fox/Fremantle series premieres in early 2027.
