Richard Rodgers Award-winning one-woman musical "Penelope" runs at Edinburgh Fringe 24–30 August

"Penelope," a Richard Rodgers Award-winning chamber musical, runs at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe from 24 to 30 August at ZOO Playground (Playground 2). Written by Alex Bechtel, Grace McLean and Eva Steinmetz, it shifts Homer's Odyssey focus to Penelope. McLean stars with a three-piece band. Steinmetz directs; Bechtel is music director. The show runs approximately one hour. A live cast album is in the works.
