Flo Anthony, first woman on the New York Post's Page Six, dies at 74

Florence "Flo" Anthony died on 6 August 2026 of cancer at 74. Jack Hirsch, biographer of her husband Michael Spinks, confirmed the death to the New York Amsterdam News. Anthony joined the New York Post as an agate clerk in 1986 and became the first woman staffer in its sports and entertainment department and on its Page Six column.
