Netflix has set Russian filmmaker Kirill Sokolov to direct "Blur," an original sci-fi thriller centred on a mother-daughter story involving teleportation, The Hollywood Reporter reports. Sokolov co-writes a new draft with Ellen Shanman. Shawn Levy and Dan Levine produce via 21 Laps. No cast, start date, or release window is set.
