Picasso etching stolen from Milwaukee gallery in 2018 turned in to police

A Pablo Picasso etching and aquatint valued at US$35,000–$50,000, stolen from DeLind Fine Art Appraisals in Milwaukee on 16 February 2018, was turned in to Milwaukee police in August 2026. No arrests were publicly announced in the intervening eight years. ARTnews and WISN reported the recovery; police have released no details about who brought it in.
