Rockstar union-busting tribunal set for 10 September, two months before GTA VI launch

An employment tribunal trial begins 10 September over Rockstar North's dismissal of 31 IWGB Game Workers Union members in Edinburgh, all fired for "gross misconduct." The union calls it union-busting. Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick told The Game Business he is "not in the least" concerned. GTA VI is planned for release on 19 November 2026.
